Biography

With nearly 15 years of experience in family law and estate planning, Anne Marie Braham concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Probate and Trust Administration. She understands that her role is not only to be an advocate for her clients, but also to listen and counsel. Her clients are drawn to her personable and compassionate nature, as well as her ability to simplify complex laws and processes.

After graduating with honors from Auburn University, Anne Marie received her Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. She began her legal career as a law clerk with The McGarity Group, LLC, and loved how the firm felt like family. Anne Marie is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Gwinnett County Bar Association. She volunteers with Sisu, Inc., which serves children with disabilities and their peers through educational, therapeutic, nursing, and family counseling services, and is an active member of Grace Episcopal Church.
